For operators
Social Media Management
For operators who need a steady, planned presence that sounds like them — and who do not have an hour a day to make it happen.
The problem this solves
Social media in tourism is not a brand awareness exercise. It is the thing a visitor checks at 9pm to decide whether you are open, whether the food is any good, and whether the place looks like the photos.
Which means the failure mode is not "low engagement". It is a page that last posted in March, so the visitor assumes you might be closed.
The second failure is worse: outsourcing it to someone who has never set foot in the place, and ending up with a feed of stock quotes and generic hospitality filler that could belong to anyone.

What's included
- A planned content calendar built around your season, not a generic template
- Content produced and scheduled — captions written, assets prepared
- Community management, including replies and message triage within agreed hours
- Review responses across Google and the platforms you are on
- Monthly reporting on what actually produced enquiries, not just what got likes
- A simple system for you to send us photos from the floor, because the best content is yours
Typical timeline
Two to three weeks to set up the plan and the first month of content. Then a monthly rhythm.
What it costs
From $550 a month + GST, for one channel posted properly.
- How many channels we are posting to
- How many posts a week, and whether they are made or curated
- Whether we come and shoot content on site, and how often
- Whether community management — replying, messages, comments — is included
If you only need one channel done properly, say so. A smaller brief done well beats four channels half-fed.
Five years running the channels for a state industry body
Social media management formed part of the five-year Clubs WA engagement, alongside the member newsletter that sustained a 40%-plus open rate.
Common questions
Which platforms?
The ones your guests actually use, which in WA tourism is usually Facebook and Instagram, sometimes Google Business Profile posts. We would rather do two well than five badly.
Do you need photos from us?
Yes, and this is the part that makes or breaks it. Your phone photos of the actual place beat anything we could licence. We make sending them easy.
Will it sound like us?
We write a short voice guide with you first and check the first month against it. If it reads like an agency wrote it, we have failed.
Do you handle negative reviews?
We draft the response and you approve it. Anything involving a refund, a safety issue or a staff member goes to you first, always.
Can you just do the planning and we post?
Yes. Some operators want the calendar and the captions and will handle posting themselves. That is a cheaper engagement and it works fine.
