Profit Power-Up Calculator
Doubling your profit sounds like doubling your sales. It is not, and doubling your sales is hard. Six things decide what your business makes. Move each one a little and the maths does something you would not expect.
The numbers below start where the worked example in The Power of Incremental Gains starts. Replace them with yours.
Nothing you type here is recorded, stored or sent anywhere. It runs entirely in your browser. Figures are for a full year.

A 10% lift is smaller than it sounds
A 10% increase on a 25% booking rate is not 25% to 35%. It is 25% to 27.5%. That is the whole point — six changes small enough that you can actually make them, rather than one heroic change you cannot.
The six levers
Each one has an article behind it explaining how to move it, and a service if you would rather not do it yourself.
Audience reach
How many potential guests see your business at all — search, social, print, word of mouth, a sign on the road.
What moves it: Ranking for the searches your guests actually type. Paid campaigns that are tested rather than set and forgotten. A visitor centre that recommends you.

Engagement rate
The share of those people who take a real action — not a like. An enquiry, a download, a newsletter signup, a phone call.
What moves it: A menu worth downloading. Posts that ask something. Replying to the comments you already get.

Booking rate
The share of engaged people who actually book and pay.
What moves it: Fewer steps to checkout. A booking form that works on a phone. Prices with nothing added at the end.

Average guest spend
What a guest spends with you per booking.
What moves it: An upgrade offered well. A hamper waiting in the room. A package worth more than its parts.

Repeat visit frequency
How often the same guest comes back in a year.
What moves it: A thank-you inside 24 hours. Something worth reading between visits. Perks that cost you little and feel like a lot.

Operational profit
Of everything the business collects, the share you keep.
What moves it: Commission going to the OTAs instead of direct. Discounting that has become a habit. Spend nobody has reviewed in two years.
Service: Marketing Health Check
Which of the six is actually broken?
The calculator shows you what a 10% lift is worth. It cannot tell you which lever is leaking, because it does not know your business. That is what the Marketing Health Check does — a fixed-scope audit of everything bringing you guests, and everything quietly losing them.
