It models the compounding effect of small improvements across six levers of a tourism or hospitality business: enquiries, conversion rate, average spend, repeat visits, referrals and operating margin. Because the levers multiply rather than add, a 10% improvement on each produces a 77% increase in profit (1.1 to the power of 6 = 1.7716), which is the same figure worked through in the article "The Power of Incremental Gains". Each lever is adjustable up to +30%, and the tool reports the resulting profit against the current figure.
